Feb 20, 2027 Deland

As you may (or may not) know, we were originally planning and thought we had locked down Hawk's Park in Edgewater, Fl. Through a series of circumstances (of no fault of our own) we had to find a new venue. We looked at every location in Volusia County suitable for our event and EVERY one was booked. Our partner One Volusia had a contact at First Church Deland, who graciously lent us the green space on the corner of Howry and Alabama in Downtown Deland.
Our other partners, Pulse Evangelism, procured a banner to go across Woodland Blvd the week before the event. This was an absolute miracle that it was even approved, and God gave us great favor with the city. But, that Monday was a holiday, Tuesday it went up but the mounting rings broke, two days to get that sorted and Friday morning we got the banner up! We would have loved it to be up for two weeks prior, but were glad to get the exposure we did.
The day of the event, we had a major challenge with power. We were using the power from the First Church facility, but two bounce houses, an LED wall and a massive PA system was a challenge. Our first band 3HRE had a big power outage. Everything shut down! They handled it with such maturity and poise. They kept singing and started praying for people right in the middle of the set! As soon as power came back, they picked up right where they left off.
The February sun was surprisingly warm, causing a few more challenges that pushed our start time back about an hour. Thank God we have very flexible and professional artists that know how to flow with obstacles and can make very fast transitions!
Without Walls, was amazing and their worship brought the attendees together. Nick Sapporito, was amazing with his song "Where I Find My Freedom". A Future City Veteran, Testimony Muzic brought his Addidas to the main stage and brought some Christian Hip Hop to his home City. Scarlet Letter Society was the big surprise of the day. Being new to our event we weren't sure what to expect but WOW they were amazing. SYL NoiZ as well, came and brought such anointing and authority! We are so excited to see how God is using this young man! Harry Love and the hellStompers (of course) were amazing!
Nick Hall came on after Harry Love. My family that came to see me from out of town (that just happened to be in Deland that day - thats another story altogether) were captivated by Nick's message and heart.
Jude Smith closed us out with his amazing talent, anointing and musicianship. It was a great day.
So much happened that I probably missed, so much great ministry in the prayer tent, so much great fellowship, friendships made and the gospel preached in our County and in the city of Deland. We are already discussing how we can grow this event, make it better and reach more people with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
